Kids' Tri  events are Sunday at 12 noon: $10 (sign kids up on Sat or Sun, kids must have a parent present and willing to help out during the kids' event)

You may choose the "mail-in" option on the Athletes Lounge web site and send a check instead of a credit or ATM card on-line. To do so, click on the "No Credit Card" button after you have signed in - then, print out the confirmation page and send it in with your check to the address listed on the page.

The USA Triathlon license for the sprint and relay events is additional: if you are not already a member, please consider joining, especially if you do more than one event a year.  Go to www.usatriathlon.com. If you are a youngster, it is only $5 for a year!

The USAT license and sanction provides accident insurance coverage during the event - if you scrape your knee, it's paid for.  Some health insurance plans exclude competition sporting event injuries.

Packet pick-up and late registration is on Saturday 2 pm to 6 pm at Vashon Island Bicycles when you can pick up last minute tubes and gel: Near the Post Office, across from WaMu: 9925 SW 178th St., Phone 206-463-6225.

You can also pick up your packet and register the morning of the race, but why add the additional hassle?

On Race Day, park in the Camp Burton lot and cycle/run/walk in the last few hundred yards to the Start/Finish area - there is no parking at the Start/Finish, so plan accordingly. Best idea - drop your gear off Saturday evening in the secured transition zone.

Refund Policy: If you register and cannot make it, let us know ahead of time and we will apply the race fee to the next year (but we cannot apply the USAT license fee as that does not come to us).  If you got a rain check from last year, put that in the "notes" section and sign up for a USAT license if you are not already a member of USAT.
